Jim Painter, President, Polar Tank Trailer
Jim Painter was appointed as president of Polar Tank Trailer on January 31, 2012. Since November 2000, he has served Polar Corporation as president of Rockwell American (formerly Quality Trailer). Prior to joining Polar he was an officer of Simpson Industries and managed their engine products business. Prior to Simpson Industries, he spent 20 years at Rockwell International. His assignments at Rockwell were of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance, materials, purchasing, sales, operations, and general management. He had assignments in both Brazil and Canada. His final two assignments at Rockwell were president of the Rockwell Clutch Company (joint venture with Daikin) and general manager of the specialty axle business.
Jim Painter has an undergraduate degree from General Motors Institute and a master's degree from Xavier University.

Mike Evans, President, Polar Service Centers
Michael Evans became president of Polar Service Centers, Polar Corporation's service division, in May, 2011. Focused exclusively within the transportation, commercial vehicle and industrial equipment industries, Evan's career experience includes leadership roles in parts and service operations throughout North America, and a deep understanding of branch and independent dealer operations. Prior to joining Polar, he served as vice president of aftermarket for Oshkosh Commercial Group, and as vice president of both the product support and parts operation divisions of Komatsu America. Other prior roles include executive director, technical support, for Motorcoach Industries, and upper management roles at Ohio CAT and FKI Logistics. A hands-on leader recognized for achieving corporate and customer objectives, Evans' commitment to performance was shaped early on during his military training and service as an Army officer.
Mike earned his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point.
